Obituary of Lori Hott

A private family service will be held for Lori Hott, age 40, of Milford.

A memorial fund honoring Lori has been established for her children at Farmers Savings Bank, 2121 Okoboji Avenue, Milford, Iowa 51351.

Lori Nicole Hott, the daughter of Renee (Weiskircher) and Terry Hott, was born December 10, 1979 in Spencer, Iowa. Lori graduated from Thompson Valley High School in Loveland, Colorado.

 

She moved back to Iowa in 1998. She worked as an office assistant at Quality Refrigerated Services. She was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Milford.

 

Lori enjoyed vacationing and hiking in the Colorado Mountains, walking and kayaking. She loved playing board games and watching movies with her children. She also liked to play “Words With Friends” and scrabble. Her favorite teams were the Colorado Rockies, the Iowa Hawkeyes and enjoyed going to the Broncos Training Camp.

 

Lori passed away April 28, 2020 at the age of forty. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Verlyn and Phyllis Weiskircher and Richard and Anita Hott.

 

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Zander and Zoey Mozena;  parents, Terry and Renee Hott of Milford; brother, Kyle Hott, his wife, Chelsea  and their children, Hailey, Macie and Bryce of Greeley, Colorado.
