Dean was always a quiet person...until he really got to know you. Loved his stories and his willingness to help whenever asked. It seems like yesterday the Downing family moved to Milford and became part of the Buy Rite and Baptist church family. He's in heaven with no time restraints and chasing that white ball around!

I met Dean when he worked at the Milford recycling center. I went about once a week, and Dean was always there to help unload everything. We had many nice conversations over those years. My condolences to Dean's family.
