Obituary of Juli Rouse

A memorial service for Juli Rouse, 61 of Milford, will be held Saturday, July 17, 2021 at 11:00am at Turner Jenness Funeral Home in Milford. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery in Terril. Visitation for Juli will be held Friday, July 16th from 5:00-7:00pm at Turner Jenness Funeral Home in Milford.

Juli Ann Rouse, the daughter of Bruce and Betty (Robinson) Parks, was born June 28, 1959, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She graduated from Milford High School.

She was married to Rodney Rouse on December 16, 1978 in Terril, Iowa. They moved to Wyoming where Rodney worked as an oil rigger. After Rebecca was born, they moved to Rosenburg, Texas. Juli and Rebecca moved to Milford in 1985 where Juli worked at Wal-Mart for twenty years. She enjoyed reading, gardening and watching daytime TV.

Juli passed away May 22, 2021 at Accura Healthcare in Spirit Lake at sixty-one years of age.

She is survived by her daughter, Rebecca Rouse of Milford, Iowa; granddaughter, Kaydence Doran of Milford; brother, Ron (Amy) Parks of Lake Worth, Florida;  nephews, Nathan, Samuel and Matthew Parks, of Lake Worth, Florida; brother-in-law, Roger Rouse of Spencer, Iowa; aunt and uncle, Mary and Gerald Joyce of Grand Forks, North Dakota.

Juli was preceded in death by her parents, Bruce and Betty Parks and her husband, Rodney Rouse; grandmother, Florence Parks; mother-in-law, Linda Johnson.
