I remember Rita standing by my side in her mother's backyard on my wedding day. Playing with our babies on the swing set in Ruth's front yard in Stockton. Hanging out with our sister Joann's place Rita ignored the adults when little Bryan came in the room. He took aunties attention. She loved the babies in the family all of them. She would win everyone's hearts with her expression's and laughter as she got down on the floor to play with the kid's. I remember how excited she got when her husband bought her a Plinko game. Talk about a giant smile on her face. She was solid muscle in her youth and could keep up with all the boy's. She loved her dad so very much and stood by him over the year's. She was a lot like her dad in many ways. Rita loved a diversity in music and would play The Best of Bread and Prince while we laid on lawn chairs in Ruth's back yard. We talked about the rose bushes and irises that she planted for her mother. Her mom took very good care of those and all the flowers in that yard. She will forever be my hero for the numerous thing's she did for my daughter Sabrina. Sabrina couldn't have asked for a better positive role model in her life. Until we meet again Rita I love you.
