Obituary of Delores Kadera

There will be no services at this time for Delores Kadera, age 79, of Spirit Lake.

Delores Beverly Kadera, the daughter of Charles and Ida Mae (Rice) Uhlir, was born on August 13, 1942, in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Growing up, Delores attended school and graduated from Estherville High School.

On September 26, 1966, Delores was united in marriage to Dennis Kadera in Toledo, Illinois.

Throughout her life, Delores was a homemaker and lived in Estherville until moving to Spirit Lake in 1965.

Delores enjoyed making crafts in her free time as well as cooking. She also loved spending time with her beloved dog, Foxy.

Delores passed on September 18, 2021, at the Pearl Valley Nursing Home in Lake Park. 

Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Rick (Karen) Kadera; daughter, Julie Kruger; sister, Dotti Blum; grandchildren: Steven (Bri’anna) and Richard Kadera; Brooks, Brittany, and Brady Kruger; extended family and friends.

Delores was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Ida Mae Uhlir, and her husband, Dennis.
