Maggie, William, and George: Your mom was my best friend in high school. She and I were inseparable and we spent so much time together laughing, talking, tanning by her pool, and going to school dances. Your mom was a talented singer, made the best mac and cheese, had a love of life, and was an amazing friend. She and I grew apart during college, but there is not a day that goes by without me thinking of her and the fun we had. She and I talked every now and then as adults about our kids, the challenges of life, and how much we cherished time we shared with our families. I am so sorry for the loss of your mom, but just know that she was an amazing person and I will cherish her spirit for the rest of my life. Anne, Susan, and Jean, so many of my memories of Beth involve you all as well. I am so sorry you have lost your beautiful sister.

Beth was always a great friend to me she would always have this sense what I was feeling down and she would bring treats to cheer me up that she had baked earlier in the day she was always so cheerful when I got to see her she would light up a room with her bubbly personality she will be greatly missed may God pour blessings on the family and may God have her at his side in heaven she will be a great Angel to everyone that new her.

Saddened with you that her smile will now only be in memories and photos. Please make certain that area libraries receive a copy of her tribute cookbook as so many will enjoy getting to know her through her recipes and whatever story you include. I will miss Beth, we talked a lot about things, when we would see each other, and it was always good to "catch up" with her on her kids and grandbabies.
