I remember many happy times with Carl Wohlenberg in New York City. He often took me to the Met Opera with his other friends. The last time I saw him was in Ft. Launderdale at his beach club. He had a delightful sense of humor and was a joy to be with. I am sad to hear he died in October but he had had a very productive career and interesting full life. I was in the P.R. Dept. of Tffany’s and I was particularly amused when he came in to buy a sizable diamond ring for his mother who had evidentially always wanted one! So dear of him. He will be missed. Carl was a relative of ours. Enjoyed visiting him at the lake home. The Wohlenberg family was blessed with long lives. Will plan to visit his grave site in Ida Grove.
