Obituary of Colleen Sander

There will be no formal services for Colleen Sander, age 86, of Arnolds Park.

Colleen Sander, the daughter of Harold and Irean North, was born September 30, 1936 in Spencer, Iowa. She graduated from Arnolds Park High School.

On September 4, 1954, Colleen married Don Sander in Arnolds Park, Iowa. In 1968, their family moved from Spencer to Arnolds Park. Colleen worked in the home and in her spare time enjoyed baking, sewing and gardening.

Colleen passed away September 9, 2023 at Valley Vue Care Center in Armstrong, Iowa at eighty-six years of age.

She is survived by her son, Mark (Mollie) Sander; daughter, LeAnn Budrow; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; brother, Tim North; sister-in-law, Kathy North.

Colleen was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Irean; son, Dave; three brothers Lowell, Jack and Duane.
