Obituary of Keith Prentice

There will be no formal service for Keith Prentice, 71, of Terril.

Keith Lee Prentice, the son of Robert and Ruth (Wulkow) Prentice, was born February 13, 1952 in Spirit Lake, Iowa. He graduated from Terril High School.

On September 8, 1973, Keith was united in marriage to Donna (Paulsen) Prentice in Round Lake, Minnesota. The family made their home and raised their children in Terril, Iowa where Keith worked numerous jobs, including tiling work in Wallingford. 

In his spare time, Keith enjoyed driving around, feeding the birds and squirrels, taking care of the lawn and flower gardens and he loved tinkering around the house. In his earlier years, he enjoyed sprint car races and camping with his children.

Keith passed away September 21, 2023 at seventy-one years of age.

He is survived by his wife, Donna Prentice of Terril; children, Stephanie (Chuck) Berg of Milford, Iowa and Greg (Mindy Rutledge) Prentice of Primghar, Iowa; six grandchildren, Logan Prentice, Jonnie Berg, Tate Prentice, Trentyn Berg, Michael Berg and Josie Berg; siblings, Judy (Larry) Kelp, Richard (Becky) Prentice and Craig (Cindy) Prentice; numerous nephews and nieces.
