Obituary of Dennis Dean Kadera

Dennis Dean Kadera was born on October 17, 1946 in Iowa City, Iowa to Walter and Tillie Kadera. Dennis attended school in Iowa City and Oregon.

On September 26, 1966 Dennis was united in marriage to Delores Uhlir in Toledo, Illinois. The family lived in Iowa City, Iowa; Seaside, Oregon; Estherville, Iowa and Spirit Lake, Iowa. Later, Dennis moved to Milford, Iowa. Dennis was a self-employed carpet layer in the area.

Dennis enjoyed trap shooting and watching his favorite NFL team, the Cleveland Browns. He always had a story to tell and will be missed by his family very much.

Dennis passed away March 22, 2015 at Lakes Regional Healthcare in Spirit Lake at the age of sixty-eight..

Dennis is survived by his wife, Delores Kadera of Spirit Lake, Iowa; son Rick (Karen) Kadera of Milford, and daughter Julie Kruger of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Grandchildren Steve (Bri'anna) Kadera of Colorado Springs, Colorado; Richard Kadera of Milford, Iowa; Brooks, Brittany and Brady Kruger of Siou Falls, South Dakota, great grandson, Tyson Kruger of Sioux Falls, South Dakota; two brothers, Laverne Kadera of Seaside, Oregon and Melvin Kadera; and special friend, Deb Mouw.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Tillie Kadera and an infant sister.
