Obituary of Nancy Heronimus

A funeral service for Mrs. Nancy Heronimus of Milford, Iowa will be held Saturday, May 2, 2015 at DaySpring Assembly of God Church, 1410 W. 18th Street in Spencer Iowa at 10:30 AM. Burial will be at Lakeview Cemetery in Spirit Lake, Iowa. Nancy Ann Heronimus, the daughter of Christina (DeKoter) and Herman Van Donkelaar, was born June 28, 1951 in Orange City, Iowa. Nancy passed away April 25, 2015 at her home in Milford at sixty-three years of age. She is survived by her husband, Dave Heronimus; two Daughters, Dawn Westlake of Milford, Iowa and Bobbi Jo Penning of Bozeman, Montana; one son and his wife, Chad and Dezarae Penning of Spencer, Iowa; four Grandchildren, Chance Penning, Charlie Westlake, Danica Penning and Chase Westlake; three grand-fur babies, Zamboni, Roper and Odie; four step-children, Mike Heronimus of Spencer, Iowa, Todd and Christy Heronimus of Grundy Center, Iowa, Sara and Brandon Lafrrenz of Wellsburg, Iowa and Katy and Brady Bowan of Dyke, Iowa; three step-grandchildren, Colton Heronimus, Trent Hook, and Ava Bowan; brother, Bob Van Donkelaar of Remsen, Iowa; three sisters, Carol and Junior Van't Hull of Rock Valley, Iowa, Debbie Van Donkelaar of Sioux Center, Iowa and Marcia and Steve Morphew of Tennessee Ridge, Tennessee; brother-in-Law, Jordy Zeutenhorst of Rock Valley, Iowa; sister-in-Law, Lylis Van Donkelaar of Maurice, Iowa and several nephews, nieces and close friends. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, Herman and Christina Van Donkelaar; son, Nathan May; sister, Sharon Zeutenhorst; brother, Gerrit Van Donkelaar.
