Obituary of Anita Kuehl

Funeral services for Anita Ann Kuehl, 78, of Lake Park will be 10:30 am Tuesday, June 1 6, 2015 at Concordia Lutheran Church in Lake Park. Visitation will begin at 4 pm Monday with the family present from 5-7 pm at Turner Jenness Funeral Home in Lake Park. Interment will be at Westport Township Cemetery. Anita Ann Kuehl, the daughter of Verona (Luchsinger) and Earl Lundeen was born August 2, 1936 in Sioux City, Iowa. On July 11, 1954, Anita was united in marriage to Curt Kuehl in May City. They made their home in Lake Park, where Anita helped Curt on the farm and raised their children. She enjoyed gardening, landscaping, playing bridge and golfing. Anita was an active member of Concordia Lutheran Church in Lake Park since her confirmation in 1955. In later years, Anita and Curt enjoyed their winters in Arizona. Anita passed away June 12, 2015 at her home in Lake Park at seventy-eight years of age. She is survived by her son, David Kuehl; daughters, Dawn (Bob) Mesner and Denise (Ken) Norris; grandsons, Adam Kuehl, Andrew (Mandi) Kuehl, Shane Mesner and Joe (Tonya) Mesner; great-grandchildren, Mikayla, Makenna, Warren, Carter and Luke She was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis and sister, Wanda Trunnell.
