Obituary of Francis Wittrock

Francis Wittrock was born August 18, 1924, in Milford, Iowa, the son of Joseph and Emma (Richter) Wittrock. He served in the United States Marines during World War II. On October 7, 1950, Francis was united in marriage to Helen (Stinogel). Francis worked as a truck driver and attended the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Milford. He is survived by his sons, Rodney and his wife, Lisa, Gary and his wife, Ruby, of Spirit Lake and Joseph and his wife, Renee, of Mission Viejo, California; daughters, Nancy Richardson of Bettendorf, Iowa, Susan Burgett and her husband, Mike, of Elk Grove, California and Kathy Way and her husband, Darryl, of Council Bluffs, Iowa; twelve grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; brother, Roy Wittrock and his wife, Bernice, of Omaha, Nebraska; sister, Helen Fisch of San Diego, California. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Helen; son, Rodney; brothers, Matt Wittrock and George Wittrock; sisters, Irene Geraets and Florence Umscheid.
