Obituary of Debra Wells-Kyle

A memorial service for Debra Wells-Kyle, age 62, of Milford, will be held Thursday, June 6, 2019 at 1:30PM at Harbor of Joy Lutheran Church in Milford. Debra passed away June 2, 2019 at Lakes Regional Healthcare in Spirit Lake. Debra Ann Wells-Kyle, "Bee" to me and of course "Mom" to the boys, was born and raised in Dickinson County, Iowa and actually, Spirit Lake might be a better locator. She graduated from Spirit Lake and went to work. I met her sometime around her birthday in 1978. Though she thought I talked too much but our first night out, we sort of "clicked." We married on October 16, 1982. While being blessed with our two boys, Aaron and Casey, Bee also spent 30 years on and off at "Plus Inc." as the manager of the work/activity center. She left there twice when our boys were born. More recently she was co-owner of "3 Little Birds" her pride and joy store on Main Street, Milford where she re-purposed furniture and all other sorts of creative crafting. Bee made her first foray on to the Mexican Mission Field in 2006 and from 2010 to present has been there every winter. She enjoyed all aspects of "The Dream Center," a true street ministry on the streets of Guaymas, Mexico We took our first trip into the mountains to show the "Jesus" film 4 years ago and have gone every time we could since. Our last trip into the Copper Canyon is where she handed out the word of God to many and loved on many more. Loving on people is what she did best, bless her heart. Bee is now safe and secure in the loving arms of her Lord and Savior Jesus. He has a house just waiting for her...One that won't need any cleaning for eternity. Praise the Lord for His favors, big and small.
