Dale and my Dad, Franklin LaFoy were cousins. I had the pleasure of meeting Dale with his parents in the mid '60s when they travelled to Alaska on a couple of occasions plus a trip to Minnesota for an Olson family reunion. I was just a teenager then but have always remembered those trips & times fondly. He had the first Mustang I ever got to ride in. While it's many years since I've seen him, the memories are still strong & vivid. Always a loss whenever a family member leaves our lives but he now is with all those who have passed on before and will be in very good company with many, many family members.
