Nikki and I worked together and Vander Haags and became fast friends. Nikki was a beautiful soul. She had a beautiful smile and a contagious laugh. She told the best stories and could have you laughing until your stomach hurt. Nikki and I had some fun times together over the years. I remember a few years ago when we went to Rib Fest in Mankato. We danced and sang and had a slumber party at my mom's house. We had a great time and the next day she was anxious to get home to see her kids. She loved those kiddos with every inch of her being. She will be sorely missed by so many. Nikki was a great friend. She will forever be in my heart, and I look forward to seeing her again one day! My condolences to Nikki's family and friends. I will be praying that you all find comfort during this difficult time! May she rest in peace.
